VBS: Monday - Friday, June 23-27, 2025, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. VBS Sunday: June 29, 10:00 am VBS Sunday Worship.

VBS registration fee: $50 per child.

*Receive an Early Bird Discount rate of $45 per child through April 25, 2025.  After April 25, the rate goes back to the full price of $50 per child. **Additionally, we are offering a special discount of 20% off for families with 4 or more children living in the same household. Please note that this discount is not valid for groups registering children who do not live in the same home.

Registration is limited to provide for available volunteers & supply availability.     

Toddler childcare VBS program follows regulations set forth by the licensing body of the State of Michigan for childcare.   

Preschool VBS will be hosted indoors and on the playground, within the First Kid’s preschool classrooms, following state licensing regulations.

Elementary VBS will be hosted indoors and outdoors.  

It is the policy of Birmingham First UMC, that no child be excluded from participating in programming due to financial needs.  If you need financial assistance, please email Rachael Dunlap at rdunlap@fumcbirmingham.org.

VBS Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected changes occur, and we strive to accommodate our families as best as we can. However, due to the extensive planning and product purchases required for curriculum and activities, we have set the following cancellation policy:

·       Full Refund: Available until April 25.

·       Partial Refund (50%): Available from April 26 to May 16.

·       No Refund: After May 16, there will be no refund.

Please note that once your child is registered, we begin purchasing materials and making arrangements for their participation. As much as we want to be flexible, we must ensure that the expenses we incur for each child are covered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prepare for a fantastic VBS experience.

*Parents: create the account for yourself, not your child. Fill out the form for your child(ren) after you create the account.

Register multiple children: Enter the first child and click 'Add Individual' at the bottom of the screen to enter the next child. When all children have been entered, click 'Continue' to move to the payment screen. If you have 4+ children in your household, this is the way you must enter the children to receive your 20% discount.

Grade = Grade for the 2024-2025 school year for K-5. Leave grade blank for younger children.
